Senya leads Yiftee’s QA and Customer & Merchant Experience, bringing more than 25 years of product quality and customer services experience to the company. Prior to joining Yiftee, Senya was VP of Quality Assurance for Good Technology responsible for QA processes, tools and people to ensure quality and timely releases of all GOOD products on different platforms, such as iOS, Android and Windows. Prior to Good Technology, Senya held various leadership positions, including EVP of Customer Support at Replicon, SVP of Customer operations, QA and IT at Enkata and VP Customer Support and QA at Clarify. Senya is a graduate of the Ben Gurion University, Be’er Sheva, Israel, with degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics.
